Duties and Responsibilities

• Foster patient volume growth in line with annual budgets through focused delivery of high-quality care and patient-sensitive service that meets or exceeds patient expectations
• Manage quality of hospitalization by visiting all hospitalized members, advising on coverage eligibility, and providing regular updates to management
• Become well acquainted with wellness packages to provide accurate and prompt responses to patient enquiries and recommend appropriate packages
• Handle patient complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate feedback as required
• Support the hospital's medical tourism patient journey
• Ensure timely support to third-party payers, including medical reports, invoice query responses, and bill estimates
• Perform data analysis and prepare reports on service uptake; continually review the wellness journey and patient feedback to suggest improvements to patient experience
• Coordinate wellness drives for corporate clients to ensure services are delivered as per agreed contracts
• Support the finance department with clinical reconciliation and bill review before dispatch to ensure closure of clinical gaps
• Assist in business development activities to promote packages and follow up on leads for potential clients
• Support patients through participation in hospital processes aimed at resolving clinical concerns raised during their stay

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid Kenyan nursing practice license
