Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Molo at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based compensation structure including a retainer, incentives, and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from allocated market segments
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to maintain an updated product range
• Monitor and follow up on client persistency to maintain acceptable rates
• Promote the CIC brand and company values

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Age 25 years and above

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Relevant professional insurance qualifications (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA qualification
