## Title: Bancassurance Sales Officer – Retail Life Sales
About the Role
This position offers an attractive performance-based compensation structure including a retainer, incentives, and commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new retail life business from allocated market segments
- Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
- Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
- Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
- Gather market intelligence to maintain an updated product range
- Monitor and follow up on client persistency to maintain acceptable rates
- Promote the CIC brand and company values
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
- Age 25 years and above
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Relevant professional insurance qualifications (COP/ECOP)
- Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA qualification
