Workshop Supervisor - Excelon Limited, Nairobi

Our client, a reputable engineering company, is seeking to recruit a competent and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations within their mechanical/engineering workshop. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workshop technicians and support staff

• Plan, assign, and monitor repair and maintenance activities

• Ensure quality control and adherence to technical standards

• Enforce health and safety regulations within the workshop

• Manage tools, equipment, and workshop inventory

• Prepare reports on work progress and performance

Required Qualifications: & Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field

• OR strong hands-on experience working in an engineering or mechanical workshop

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant workshop experience (supervisory experience is an added advantage)

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Practical problem-solving ability
