Workshop Supervisor

Our client, a reputable engineering company, is seeking to recruit a competent and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations within their mechanical/engineering workshop. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate workshop technicians and support staff - Plan, assign, and monitor repair and maintenance activities - Ensure quality control and adherence to technical standards - Enforce health and safety regulations within the workshop - Manage tools, equipment, and workshop inventory - Prepare reports on work progress and performance Required Qualifications: & Experience - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field - OR strong hands-on experience working in an engineering or mechanical workshop - Minimum 3 years’ relevant workshop experience (supervisory experience is an added advantage) - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Practical problem-solving ability
