An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full member experience lifecycle, managing feedback, queries, and escalations with empathy and professionalism
  • Build a thriving Wellness Club community through educational content, exclusive events, and members-only experiences
  • Oversee day to day programme operations across in store, e commerce, and app, including rules, T&Cs, rewards, and points mechanics
  • Develop and deploy member exclusive offers and seasonal campaigns, partnering with brand suppliers and marketing for rollout
  • Analyse performance, member growth, redemption patterns, and ROI, producing monthly dashboards and using segmentation to drive personalisation
  • Continuously evolve the loyalty proposition, support new digital features, and explore partnerships that add value to members
Required Qualifications: & EXPERIENCE
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field
  • 2 to 4 years experience in CRM, loyalty management, retail marketing, or digital marketing
  • Experience with CRM databases, loyalty platforms or marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and actions
  • Understanding of omnichannel retail and customer lifecycle management
