About the Role

We are seeking experienced candidates with a comprehensive background in service, cashiering, and barista services to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and take action to resolve any issues or complaints
• Clear tables after serving customers
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy and adequate change availability
• Greet customers entering the establishment
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Establish or identify prices of goods, services, or admission and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners
• Issue trading stamps and redeem food stamps and coupons
• Resolve customer complaints professionally

Required Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Food and Beverage from a well-recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant
• Diploma in Food and Beverage Production and Service (an added advantage)
• Honesty and trustworthiness
• Excellent communication skills
• Impeccable interpersonal skills
