An established company is recruiting for the following position. What You'll Do:
  • Provide technical support to both customers and internal teams across multiple systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software or system issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain user training materials, documentation and process guides.
  • Assist in gathering and defining user requirements to improve system usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to escalate and resolve technical challenges.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets using CRM and helpdesk tools.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho products (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zoho Billing).
  • Familiarity with call center systems and support workflows.
  • Strong documentation and user training development skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines effectively.
