An established company is recruiting for the following position.
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support to both customers and internal teams across multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software or system issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain user training materials, documentation and process guides.
- Assist in gathering and defining user requirements to improve system usability.
- Collaborate with developers to escalate and resolve technical challenges.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets using CRM and helpdesk tools.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho products (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zoho Billing).
- Familiarity with call center systems and support workflows.
- Strong documentation and user training development skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines effectively.
