An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable product/service solutions.
  • Present, promote, and demonstrate products/services to potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and report performance, including preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills, including CRM tools, email, and reporting.
  • Good understanding of the company's products/services or willingness to learn quickly. Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
JOB DETAILS:
  • The role offers a monthly retainer of KES 15,000 plus 10% commission based on the value of new business generated.
  • This structure ensures stable earnings while rewarding strong performance.
  • Contract Terms:
  • Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and overall company needs.
  • This allows both the company and the salesperson to evaluate fit, performance, and long-term potential. Performance Expectation:
  • The salesperson is expected to actively bring in new business, with commissions
  • tied directly to the value of clients and sales they secure.
