An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Engage and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable product/service solutions. - Present, promote, and demonstrate products/services to potential and existing clients. - Achieve sales targets and report performance, including preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales or a related customer-facing role. - Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships with a positive, professional attitude. - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Basic computer skills, including CRM tools, email, and reporting. - Good understanding of the company's products/services or willingness to learn quickly. Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team. JOB DETAILS: - The role offers a monthly retainer of KES 15,000 plus 10% commission based on the value of new business generated. - This structure ensures stable earnings while rewarding strong performance. - Contract Terms: - Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and overall company needs. - This allows both the company and the salesperson to evaluate fit, performance, and long-term potential. Performance Expectation: - The salesperson is expected to actively bring in new business, with commissions - tied directly to the value of clients and sales they secure.
