## Title: Sales Officer

About the Role

Our client in the hospitality sector is seeking a vibrant and dynamic Sales Officer to manage office operations while driving sales activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a challenging position where they can make a direct impact on business growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on enquiries via calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Conduct product demonstrations and ensure clients fully understand service offerings
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Attend events, tradeshows, and deliver presentations to clients to increase brand awareness and generate revenue
  • Generate and qualify leads, creating quotes, proposals, and invoices
  • Onboard new clients and prepare client service contracts
  • Drive brand awareness across various platforms and prepare analytical reports on reach and impact
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content
  • Develop and present proposals for clients
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Promote existing service offerings and introduce new products and services to the market
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities aligned with company goals
  • Maintain relationships with key clients through regular visits and anticipate new marketing opportunities
  • Ensure effective customer communication, post-delivery service, and handle feedback and complaints
  • Compile individual sales reports as per company requirements
  • Prepare weekly activity reports, operational reports, and petty cash documentation
  • Liaison with clients to ensure satisfaction and relationship continuity
