We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
  • The Sales Associate responsibility is to support the sales team in identifying leads, engaging prospective clients, and executing day-to-day sales activities. The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving pipeline growth, assisting in proposal development, and maintaining strong client relationships under the guidance of the Sales Manager.    
FUNCTIONS 
  • Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and industry networks
  • Maintain and update client data and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather inputs for proposals
  • Communicate with clients throughout the sales process
  • Support account management and maintain positive client relationships
  • Attend client meetings and track follow-up actions
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and regulations
  • Share insights to support sales strategies and planning
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and track key metrics
  • Support the planning and execution of sales events and campaigns
ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service within the energy sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest or knowledge in renewable energy is an advantage
