## Title: Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers across multiple branches including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

The role involves identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, handling customer queries, and collaborating with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through targeted outreach and relationship building
  • Promote life insurance and related financial products to potential and existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and professional service
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs
  • Provide reliable and tailored advice on suitable insurance solutions
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation
  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Insurance or marketing certification is preferred
