Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers based at various branches including: Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. Your daily responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through active prospecting and relationship building
• Promote life insurance and related financial products

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or insurance/marketing certification
• Proven sales and marketing skills with a strong ability to close sales and meet targets
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in market research
• Strong time management and goal-setting skills
• Professional ethics in all business dealings
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales or insurance
