About the Role

CIC Insurance seeks dedicated Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers for full-time, on-site positions across multiple branches. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products while building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through effective sales and marketing techniques
• Promote life insurance and related financial products to retail customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs
• Provide expert advice on suitable insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Prepare sales reports and documentation
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or insurance/marketing certification
• Proven sales and marketing skills with strong ability to close sales and meet targets
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in time management and goal setting
• Professional ethics in all business dealings

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales or insurance sector
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
