About the Role

CIC Insurance seeks a dedicated and self-motivated individual for a full-time, on-site position as a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through effective sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote life insurance and related financial products to prospective clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify client needs and market opportunities
• Provide reliable and tailored advice on suitable insurance solutions
• Service existing clients and handle customer queries professionally
• Prepare accurate reports on sales activities and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance, marketing certification, or related qualification
