Role Description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for a full-time on-site position as a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer. This role involves identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through effective sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities
• Provide reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
• Collaborate with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent insurance/marketing certification
• Strong sales and marketing skills with proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to conduct market research
• Proficiency in time management and goal setting
• Professional ethics in all business dealings
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales or insurance
