Position Overview

CIC Insurance is seeking qualified candidates to fill Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer positions on a full-time, on-site basis across multiple branches in Kenya, including locations in Nairobi, Mombasa, and surrounding areas.

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets and providing reliable advice on suitable insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and acquiring new clients through effective sales strategies
• Promoting life insurance and related financial products
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Achieving set sales targets
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities
• Providing tailored insurance advice and solutions to clients
• Preparing sales reports and documentation
• Handling customer queries and concerns professionally
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance or marketing certification (preferred)

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong sales and marketing skills with proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in time management and goal setting
• Professional ethics in all business dealings
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales or insurance experience (advantageous)
