Our client, a well-established restaurant in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor with proven experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery

Manage and motivate service staff to maintain high performance standards

Ensure excellent customer service and promptly handle customer complaints

Monitor staff attendance, shifts, and discipline

Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards

Support inventory control and proper use of restaurant resources

Assist in training and onboarding new staff

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours

Good problem-solving and organizational skills

Knowledge of food safety and service standards
