Restaurant Supervisor

Our client, a well-established restaurant in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor with proven experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery - Manage and motivate service staff to maintain high performance standards - Ensure excellent customer service and promptly handle customer complaints - Monitor staff attendance, shifts, and discipline - Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards - Support inventory control and proper use of restaurant resources - Assist in training and onboarding new staff Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours - Good problem-solving and organizational skills - Knowledge of food safety and service standards
