An established company is recruiting for the following position.
- As Restaurant Manager, you will be entrusted with elevating the dining journey, ensuring every experience reflects our legendary standards of refined luxury, intuitive service, and authentic connection to place.
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery in line with The Ritz-Carlton brand standards and service sequence.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing service team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality.
- Ensure consistent quality in service presentation, guest engagement, and dining experiences across all meal periods.
- Collaborate closely with culinary, bar, and camp leadership teams to align service flow, menus, and guest expectations.
- Manage staffing schedules, training plans, and performance standards to meet operational and business needs.
- Drive revenue through thoughtful up-selling, menu storytelling, and beverage pairing recommendations.
- Monitor guest feedback, address service recovery promptly, and proactively enhance guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, grooming, and operational compliance at all times.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a food and beverage leadership role within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, mentor, and build cohesive teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, service discipline, and operational awareness.
- Proven knowledge of fine dining service, POS systems, inventory, and cost control practices.
- Calm, professional, and solutions-driven approach, even during peak service periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- You are a confident, service-driven leader with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
