## Title: Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Advisor

About the Role

Peoplelink Consultants Ltd seeks a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Advisor in Nairobi, Kenya. You will play a key role in driving sales across commercial and industrial properties while building and maintaining strategic business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the entire commercial and industrial sales process including lead generation, presentations, site visits, negotiations, closure, and administration in close coordination with the Head of Sales and Country Head
  • Identify opportunities for the sale of educational, commercial, and industrial land to target markets including industries, companies, hotels, schools, hospitals, religious institutions, and developers (JVs also possible)
  • Generate, convert, and close local and international sales leads
  • Build and maintain strong long-term strategic commercial relationships with agents
  • Provide after-sales support to current commercial and industrial clients to maintain relationships
  • Upload client information and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Develop and deliver bespoke pitches for identified opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in implementing sales-support marketing strategies
  • Represent the company at conferences, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions to source leads and gather industry information
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in commercial or industrial sales or in business development/real estate liaison roles
  • Wide and strong network in Kenya and international business circles
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, or business studies from a recognized institution (preferred)
