A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Property Officer to manage day to day property operations, ensure smooth tenant relations and support the efficient running of our property portfolio. Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate or a related field

• Maximum of 2 years’ experience in Property Management or a similar role

• Be knowledgeable in tenant relations, rent collection, lease administration, and property inspections.

• Possess excellent communication, reporting and problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

• Demonstrate high integrity and professionalism

• Valid driving license and driving experience is an added advantage
