Property Officer

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Property Officer to manage day to day property operations, ensure smooth tenant relations and support the efficient running of our property portfolio. Requirements: - Hold a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate or a related field - Maximum of 2 years’ experience in Property Management or a similar role - Be knowledgeable in tenant relations, rent collection, lease administration, and property inspections. - Possess excellent communication, reporting and problem solving skills - Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines - Demonstrate high integrity and professionalism - Valid driving license and driving experience is an added advantage
