We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • At least 3-5 years proven experience managing solar energy projects (solar water pumping, solar pv and solar water heating).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software. e.g. Zoho projects
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicating project status and resolving any issues or conflicts.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to management
