Project Manager

Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering - At least 3-5 years proven experience managing solar energy projects (solar water pumping, solar pv and solar water heating). - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. e.g. Zoho projects - Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and budgets - Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards. - Manage stakeholder expectations, communicating project status and resolving any issues or conflicts. - Provide regular project updates and reports to management
