A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Required Qualifications: , Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • MBA/Master's preferred
  • CIPS / CPSM or equivalent certification highly desirable
  • 12-15 years of procurement/sourcing experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong FMCG or manufacturing procurement background
  • Multi-site or regional procurement exposure preferred
  • Proven track record in cost reduction and digital procurement transformation
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, analytics, and procurement governance frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute group-wide procurement and category strategies
  • Lead sourcing across raw materials, packaging, indirects, services, and Capex
  • Drive cost savings, TCO optimization, and spend analytics
  • Build and manage high-performing local and international supplier ecosystems
  • Lead supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and innovation initiatives
  • Strengthen procurement governance, SOPs, contracts, and audit readiness
  • Lead digital procurement transformation and data discipline
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Quality, R&D, and Logistics teams
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance procurement team across sites
