Procurement Head

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Required Qualifications: , Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field - MBA/Master's preferred - CIPS / CPSM or equivalent certification highly desirable - 12-15 years of procurement/sourcing experience - Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role - Strong FMCG or manufacturing procurement background - Multi-site or regional procurement exposure preferred - Proven track record in cost reduction and digital procurement transformation - Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Experience with SAP S/4HANA, analytics, and procurement governance frameworks Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute group-wide procurement and category strategies - Lead sourcing across raw materials, packaging, indirects, services, and Capex - Drive cost savings, TCO optimization, and spend analytics - Build and manage high-performing local and international supplier ecosystems - Lead supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and innovation initiatives - Strengthen procurement governance, SOPs, contracts, and audit readiness - Lead digital procurement transformation and data discipline - Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Quality, R&D, and Logistics teams - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance procurement team across sites
