About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their team in a Pharmacist/Procurement Officer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
• Oversee procurement and warehousing operations, including proper storage, FIFO implementation, expiry control, and item care
• Receive, investigate, and resolve market complaints
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies
• Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards
• Monitor stock levels and place timely orders
• Maintain continuous supply and proper storage conditions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement or a related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sage ERP
