## Title: Pharmacist/Procurement Officer
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their team in a Pharmacist/Procurement Officer position.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
- Oversee procurement and warehousing operations, including proper storage, FIFO implementation, expiry control, and item care
- Receive, investigate, and resolve market complaints
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies
- Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards
- Monitor stock levels and place timely orders
- Maintain continuous supply and proper storage conditions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Sage ERP
