## Title: Pharmacist/Procurement Officer

About the Role

A reputable pharmaceutical organization seeks a dedicated Pharmacist/Procurement Officer to join its team. This position combines pharmacy expertise with procurement management to ensure optimal operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
Oversee procurement and warehousing operations, including proper storage, FIFO inventory management, expiry control, and item care
Receive, investigate, and resolve market complaints
Develop and implement quality assurance policies
Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards
Monitor stock levels and place timely orders to maintain continuous supply
Maintain proper storage conditions for all pharmaceutical products

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Sage ERP
