Manage, motivate, and lead staff to achieve set targets and performance objectives

Oversee and optimize the effective utilization of all company resources

Ensure customers are served efficiently and within agreed service timelines

Lead the development and implementation of company strategy and operational plans

Ensure the company maintains a healthy, high-quality loan portfolio

Build, manage, and grow a personal loan portfolio

Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders

Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws

Drive the company toward sustained profitability and operational excellence

Prepare management reports and provide regular updates to the Board of Directors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from a recognized institution

Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in lending and debt recovery

At least five (5) years’ experience leading or managing a credit department

High levels of honesty, integrity, and professionalism

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain accurate documentation related to recoveries

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing teams
