An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage weekend scheduling and support the primary weekday scheduler.
  • Review, assign, and update caregiver schedules in WellSky or similar software.
  • Follow client/caregiver preferences and compatibility notes.
  • Adjust schedules creatively to achieve full shift coverage while avoiding overtime.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the weekday scheduler for notes and priorities.
  • Respond to caregiver call‑outs, urgent changes, and last‑minute needs.
  • Accurately document updates to reduce reliance on unwritten information.
  • Answer inbound calls professionally from caregivers, clients, or prospects.
  • Escalate any complex or clinical concerns to management.
  • Assist with recruiting follow‑ups, job postings, and other admin tasks during downtime.
Requirements: Experience:
  • Customer service or scheduling experience (healthcare/home‑care is a plus).
  • Experience handling inbound calls in fast‑paced environments.
  • Familiarity with scheduling platforms such as WellSky (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to work independently during high‑pressure weekend operations.
