This is a full-time  role based in Nairobi, Kenya. The Marketing & Events Associate will be responsible for social media marketing, digital campaigns, analytics across all channels, online marketing initiatives, and coordination of events and outreach programs. Primary Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition, and generate qualified leads.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on B2B digital platforms, including paid advertising channels with a clear focus on positive ROI.
  • Manage social media channels and lead weekly content development aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Plan and oversee marketing initiatives and product launches.
Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Execute and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance across all marketing channels using web and campaign analytics.
  • Support SEO initiatives and continuously improve digital presence.
  • Events, Outreach & Partnerships
  • Support sales, outreach, and marketing of Patascore’s products and services to strategic partners and targeted audiences via digital and offline channels.
  • Pitch and present products/services at events, meetings, workshops, and seminars.
  • Coordinate and support strategic events, partner activations, and industry engagements.
  • Market Research & Product Support
  • Conduct country-specific market research and track market trends to inform product development and competitive positioning.
  • Participate in product and feature testing and quality assurance to ensure alignment with customer and partner needs.
  • Gather customer and partner feedback across all channels and share insights with sales and product teams.
  • Content & Impact Storytelling
  • Lead financial education outreach programs and support financial education content development.
  • Document and showcase customer and partner success stories across all operating markets.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
  • Must-have: At least 2 years of hands-on experience running Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong digital marketing and web analytics skills.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, with willingness to continue learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills....
