This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for all facilities, vehicles, and machinery.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition, properly serviced, and documented.
  • Support logistical arrangements for staff travel, field activities, and events.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces and storage areas.
  • Keep records of inventory and maintenance logs
  • Drive staff, materials, or visitors to and from sites and activities 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Valid Kenya driver’s license (minimum class BCE & Motorbike; PSV preferred).
  • Proven experience in logistics, maintenance, or fleet management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory tracking, reporting).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred:
  • Mechanical or technical background.
