Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all equipment, tools, and supplies. - Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for all facilities, vehicles, and machinery. - Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition, properly serviced, and documented. - Support logistical arrangements for staff travel, field activities, and events. - Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces and storage areas. - Keep records of inventory and maintenance logs - Drive staff, materials, or visitors to and from sites and activities  Qualifications and Skills: - Valid Kenya driver’s license (minimum class BCE & Motorbike; PSV preferred). - Proven experience in logistics, maintenance, or fleet management. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory tracking, reporting). - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
