An established company is recruiting for an Insurance Business Development Officer to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify new insurance clients
• Execute insurance marketing activities and campaigns
• Provide effective customer service to insurance clients
• Follow up on insurance policy renewals and retention
• Place insurance covers and obtain confirmations from providers
• Review insurance cover confirmation documents for completeness and accuracy
• Provide accurate and complete insurance premium quotations
• Maintain organized customer information in both digital and physical formats
• Ensure timely payment of insurance premiums
• Communicate company policies effectively to clients
• Advise clients on insurance-related matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Insurance or Marketing (or related field) from a recognized institution
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in insurance marketing

• Proficiency in ICT, including MS Office and internet applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
