## Title: Forklift Operator

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of material handling equipment within Fargo Warehouses in Nairobi, Kenya.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain material handling equipment in good working condition
Minimize equipment repair and fuel costs while reducing breakdown incidents
Ensure efficient warehouse operations with quick turnaround times for material handling
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and hand jacks effectively
Adhere to all Occupational Health & Safety standards
Submit timely and accurate reports on fuel consumption, servicing, and incidents
Follow vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules
Comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Understand and respect all safety procedures
Adhere to traffic rules and regulations
Maintain 100% availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Support successful implementation of 5S methodology

Minimum Requirements

High School KCSE Certificate (Grade C or above)
Valid driving license
5+ years of heavy commercial vehicle driving experience
