## Title: Enterprise Account Manager
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for an Enterprise Account Manager to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to help deliver revenue targets
- Achieve monthly sales targets by developing a sales funnel aligned with agreed objectives
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs
- Maintain a CRM pipeline of at least 5 times the set target
- Develop new business with existing and new clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
- Prepare weekly reports on account status in CRM
- Handle invoicing and collect payment for closed business
- Negotiate with customers and close deals to maximize profits
- Visit prospective clients and conduct strategic account mapping
- Maintain market intelligence data to understand market share, competitor approaches, opportunities, and threats
- Stay current with all vendor products through certifications and online training
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Good knowledge of the IT market
- B2B sales experience (account management experience preferred)
- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Computer Science, or Business Administration
