## Title: Enterprise Account Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an Enterprise Account Manager to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to help deliver revenue targets
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by developing a sales funnel aligned with agreed objectives
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs
  • Maintain a CRM pipeline of at least 5 times the set target
  • Develop new business with existing and new clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Prepare weekly reports on account status in CRM
  • Handle invoicing and collect payment for closed business
  • Negotiate with customers and close deals to maximize profits
  • Visit prospective clients and conduct strategic account mapping
  • Maintain market intelligence data to understand market share, competitor approaches, opportunities, and threats
  • Stay current with all vendor products through certifications and online training

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Good knowledge of the IT market
  • B2B sales experience (account management experience preferred)
  • Degree in Sales & Marketing, Computer Science, or Business Administration
