A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive overall operations and sales growth across key e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation and sales growth on major e-commerce platforms
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales targets, monitoring core metrics including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and repurchase rate
• Optimize product listing strategy, pricing, and promotional activities based on sales data insights
• Plan and execute major promotional events, coordinating activities across design, logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop on-platform and external marketing strategies to boost traffic and sales conversion rates
• Maintain brand image across platforms by continuously optimizing product detail pages, store visuals, and overall user experience
• Review user feedback and analyze comments and after-sales data to improve product performance and service delivery
• Maintain close communication with headquarters teams (e-commerce, marketing, and sales) to ensure consistency in pricing and promotional strategies
• Manage inventory and shipping processes to ensure efficient fulfillment and high customer satisfaction levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
• 3–5 years of e-commerce operations or sales experience
• Familiarity with backend and promotional tools of mainstream e-commerce platforms
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to optimize strategy
• Passion for marketing and brand operation, with interest in the consumer electronics or mobile phone industry
• Preferred: Experience in creativity and content production (copywriting, graphic design, video editing)
