About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a customer-focused marketing position with Dhabiti Sacco.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new members and mobilize deposits
• Market and cross-sell all SACCO products and services
• Participate in marketing drives, field visits, and campaigns
• Report to the Marketing Manager

Minimum Requirements

• KCSE Certificate (minimum qualification)
• Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business, or Cooperative Management (advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience (advantageous)

Compensation

Retainer with rewarding performance-based commissions.
