## Title: Customer Relationship & Marketing Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a customer-focused marketing position with Dhabiti Sacco.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new members and mobilize deposits
- Market and cross-sell all SACCO products and services
- Participate in marketing drives, field visits, and campaigns
- Report to the Marketing Manager
Minimum Requirements
- KCSE Certificate (minimum qualification)
- Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business, or Cooperative Management (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, marketing, or customer service experience (advantageous)
Compensation
Retainer with rewarding performance-based commissions.
