## Title: Creative Design Lead

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Creative Design Lead to join their team. We're looking for a visionary designer with a passion for leading creative projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor junior designers
Guide quality control on all creative outputs
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines
Translate ideas into compelling visuals and user experiences
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the team
Develop workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures for the design department
Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in graphic, digital, or product design
Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring teams
Expertise in major design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Corona, 3DS Max, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
Strong portfolio showcasing versatility, creativity, and problem-solving
Ability to collaborate across production teams for project execution
