About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Creative Design Lead to join their team. We're looking for a visionary designer with a passion for leading creative projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior designers
• Guide quality control on all creative outputs
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines
• Translate ideas into compelling visuals and user experiences
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the team
• Develop workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures for the design department
• Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in graphic, digital, or product design
• Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring teams
• Expertise in major design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Corona, 3DS Max, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility, creativity, and problem-solving
• Ability to collaborate across production teams for project execution
