## Title: Client Solution Advisor
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within Kenya Builders & Concrete Co. Ltd in Nairobi.
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable materials
- Actively prospect for new customers through referrals, cold calling, site visits, online research, social media outreach, networking events, industry trade shows, inbound inquiries, and other company-prescribed methods
- Educate customers on product benefits, pricing, and applications to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Kenya Builders' retail product range
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales
- Process customer orders, generate quotations, and ensure all transactions are logged in HubSpot CRM in compliance with company policies
Store Management & Merchandising
- Ensure retail displays are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing to attract buyers
- Assist in stock control, updating inventory records, and ensuring product availability
- Monitor retail trends and customer feedback to help improve store layout and product presentation
CRM & Sales Administration
- Log all customer interactions, sales, and inquiries into HubSpot CRM for proper tracking and follow-ups
- Follow up on open quotations and pending orders to ensure timely closure of sales
- Collaborate with the Telesales Team to convert inbound leads into in-store sales
Customer Service & Relationship Building
- Handle customer complaints, queries, and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Retail Manager to improve sales performance
Team Collaboration & Performance Improvement
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance and recommendations
