## Title: Client Solution Advisor

About the Role

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable materials
  • Actively prospect for new customers through referrals, cold calling, site visits, online research, social media outreach, networking events, industry trade shows, inbound inquiries, and other company-prescribed methods
  • Educate customers on product benefits, pricing, and applications to help them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Kenya Builders' retail product range
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales
  • Process customer orders, generate quotations, and ensure all transactions are logged in HubSpot CRM in compliance with company policies

Store Management & Merchandising

  • Ensure retail displays are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing to attract buyers
  • Assist in stock control, updating inventory records, and ensuring product availability
  • Monitor retail trends and customer feedback to help improve store layout and product presentation

CRM & Sales Administration

  • Log all customer interactions, sales, and inquiries into HubSpot CRM for proper tracking and follow-ups
  • Follow up on open quotations and pending orders to ensure timely closure of sales
  • Collaborate with the Telesales Team to convert inbound leads into in-store sales

Customer Service & Relationship Building

  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Retail Manager to improve sales performance

Team Collaboration & Performance Improvement

  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance and recommendations
