A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. ​​​​​JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To maintain adequate stocks.
  • maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • To order supplies and keep records and accounts.
  • To cook meals in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served.
  • To ensure food is correctly stored.
  • To ensure the kitchen is prepared for service and work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
REQUIREMENTS
  • certificate in catering and food production or its equivalent
  • valid certificate of medical examination
