Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth in specialized trainings and consultancy services
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Develop and implement business development strategies
• Secure sponsorships and long-term collaborations
• Manage and strengthen client, member, and partner relationships
• Conduct market research to propose viable ventures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in membership organizations or similar roles
• Excellent negotiation, cross-selling, client engagement, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Membership of a related professional body
