About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in specialized trainings and consultancy services
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Develop and implement business development strategies
- Secure sponsorships and long-term collaborations
- Manage and strengthen client, member, and partner relationships
- Conduct market research to propose viable ventures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in membership organizations or similar roles
- Excellent negotiation, cross-selling, client engagement, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Membership of a related professional body
